Being accessible to students is critically important. For example, advisees need to be able to easily connect with academic advisors when they need assistance. As such, Setting Availability is one of the primary functions within the Blue Hen SUCCESS platform. Faculty & staff can set availability for appointments, for drop-in hours and/or for appointment campaigns. Faculty & staff should set and maintain their availability (e.g., MWF 1:00-4:00) every semester to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date. Faculty & staff are expected to then communicate with students (e.g., the website URL & location and reason/service for scheduling) to ensure students know the appropriate details of how to schedule an appointment.
