Faculty & staff are encouraged to frequently leverage the benefits of the Blue Hen SUCCESS platform to document and review relevant appointment details within Notes & Report features and to send pertinent messages relating to students’ academic success. UD can provide consistent and holistic support when faculty & staff appropriately document and review details about a student’s academic plan and goals. Faculty & staff are reminded of their FERPA responsibilities when accessing education records. Additionally, faculty and staff are encouraged to review Messaging Guidelines and Advising Note Best Practices before entering such details within the SUCCESS platform.
